All properties benefit from a secure door entry system which leads into a welcoming hallway, connecting to a well-equipped bathroom featuring a separate shower cubicle. The spacious lounge is bright and inviting, with a 42-inch Smart TV and high-speed internet. The kitchen and dining space is thoughtfully designed complete with a microwave, cooker, fridge, and all essential utensils, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals. All bedrooms have either king beds or single beds for flexibility and have their own Smart TV for private entertainment.

To ensure a comfortable stay, bed linen and towels are provided, while temperature-controlled heating and double glazing keep the apartment cozy year-round.

The History

You will stay in an apartment that is steeped in history.  The building was formerly a Victorian Linen Mill which dates back to the 1850s and is above Scotland’s 2 oldest shopping arcades.  The building has been sensitively converted and modernised to form 10 stunning, historic serviced apartments inspired by the Mill’s industrial past.
